WiseMind Counseling is contracted with the following insurance plans:

Please contact your insurance provider to verify coverage for outpatient mental health services.

OUT-OF-POCKET RATES

​

  • 1x1 Initial Intake / Diagnostic Assessment Session (75 - 90 minutes): $150.00

​

  • 1x1 Counseling / Psychotherapy Session (50 - 60 minutes): $135.00

​

  • DBT Skills Training Group Session (90 minutes): $50.00

​

WiseMind Counseling accepts cash, checks, all major credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) payment cards.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

​

As of January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of how much your medical care will cost. Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers must furnish all patients who don’t have insurance OR who are not using their insurance with an estimate of any bill for medical services. Please be aware that:

​

  • You have the right to receive a GFE  for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.

  • Your healthcare provider must give you a GFE  in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service. You can also request a GFE  before you schedule an appointment.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than the amount listed on a GFE, you can dispute it.

  • Be sure to save a copy or photo of your GFEs.
